We use different techniques to offer Psychotherapy such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, Psychodynamic techniques in offering One on One and Group therapy sessions. Sessions address a wide range of issues including: Abuse, drug addiction,Anxiety,Panic disorders,stress management,workplace conflicts & relationships, child counselling,crisis counselling(include deaths, loss of job or a rough ending to relationship).
